BIDS — организация нейронаучных данных
★ 7.0 · data
bids is a Claude Code skill that helps work with the Brain Imaging Data Structure (BIDS) standard for organizing neuroscience and biomedical research datasets. It covers 11 modalities — MRI (structural, functional, diffusion, fieldmaps, ASL), PET, microscopy, EEG, MEG, iEEG, EMG, NIRS, motion capture, MR spectroscopy, and behavioral data — making it suitable for nearly any neuroimaging or electrophysiology pipeline. Twelve documented workflow areas include structuring BIDS-compliant directories, querying datasets with PyBIDS (`BIDSLayout` and entity filters), validating compliance via `bids-validator` (Deno-based PyPI wrapper), converting DICOM to BIDS using HeuDiConv or dcm2bids, writing JSON sidecar metadata, managing events files and participants.tsv, and creating derivatives. Researchers and data engineers who need to prepare datasets for submission to OpenNeuro, DANDI, or journals such as NeuroImage and Scientific Data — or for BIDS-Apps like fMRIPrep and MRIQC — will find this skill directly applicable.
