brutalist-skill is a Claude Code skill that builds raw mechanical interfaces fusing mid-century Swiss typographic print with military terminal and aerospace HUD aesthetics. It operates in two strictly separate visual modes: Swiss Industrial Print (light newsprint substrate, monolithic heavy sans-serif, hazard red #E61919 as the sole accent) and Tactical Telemetry (dark CRT mode, monospaced type, phosphor glow, ASCII framing devices). Typography spans extreme scales — fluid headers up to clamp(4rem, 10vw, 15rem) contrasted with fixed 10–14px monospace for data readouts — anchored to rigid CSS Grid layouts with visible solid-border compartmentalization. Gradients, soft shadows, and translucency are prohibited; analog degradation is achieved through halftone filters, CRT scanlines, and bitmap dithering. Built for data-heavy dashboards, portfolios, and editorial sites that need to feel like declassified engineering blueprints.
