caveman-review is a Claude Code skill that produces ultra-compressed pull request comments, stripping noise while keeping every actionable signal. Each finding fits one line: `L<line>: problem. fix.` with optional severity prefixes — 🔴 bug, 🟡 risk, 🔵 nit, ❓ q. It triggers on phrases like "review this PR", "code review", "review the diff", or the /caveman-review command, and handles both single-file and multi-file diffs with exact line numbers and symbol names in backticks. For CVE-class security issues, architectural disagreements, or contexts where the author is new, the skill automatically expands to a full paragraph before resuming terse mode. Output is ready to paste directly into the PR; the skill does not write code fixes or submit approvals.
