claude-deep-research-skill is a Claude Code skill that conducts multi-phase research with citation tracking, evidence persistence, and structured report generation. It supports four depth modes — quick (3 phases, 2–5 min), standard (6 phases, default), deep (8 phases, 10–20 min), and ultradeep (8+ phases, up to 45 min) — selected automatically based on query complexity. Every run produces a dedicated folder containing a Markdown report, sources.jsonl, evidence.jsonl, claims.jsonl, a run manifest, and McKinsey-styled HTML and PDF outputs. Claim-level verification is mandatory: at least 10 sources total and 3 per major finding, with no placeholders or fabricated citations allowed. Ideal for technology comparisons, market analysis, and state-of-the-art reviews — not intended for simple lookups, debugging, or questions answerable in one or two searches.
