comm-lit-review is a Claude Code skill that performs literature reviews on communications topics using a knowledge-base-first retrieval strategy, querying local sources before any external database. It searches Zotero, Obsidian, and local `papers/` or `literature/` folders first, then proceeds through IEEE Xplore, ScienceDirect, and ACM Digital Library, silently skipping any unavailable source. Covered domains include wireless communications, 4G/5G/6G, NR, NTN, LEO/GEO satellites, Wi-Fi, V2X, HARQ, CSI feedback, congestion control, beamforming, resource scheduling, and cross-layer optimization. Venues are ranked in three tiers — Tier A covers JSAC, ToN, TWC, TCOM, SIGCOMM, NSDI, and MobiCom — widening only when higher tiers are sparse. Results are split into foundational (pre-2022) and recent (2022–present) sets, with arXiv-only versions and workshop papers labeled accordingly.
