creating-user-stories is a Claude Code skill that drafts, maintains, refines, and audits a structured user-stories catalogue built from a product spec or PRD, design-review notes, and an open-questions list. It produces two pages — Stories and Open Questions — with stories grouped by persona (admin, integrator, end user) and theme, each following strict one-action-one-benefit grammar and carrying a stable, never-renumbered ID. Stories that depend on unresolved decisions are explicitly tagged ❓Q-id with a live link to the corresponding question; stories drawn from comparable-product research are flagged *(research-derived)* to distinguish them from spec-derived ones. The skill is intended for product teams who need an auditable artifact for estimation, a design doc, or audit review — not for one-off tickets or casual feature lists.
