Черновик плана управления данными для грантов

documentation

data-management-plan is a Claude Code skill that drafts a funder-compliant Data Management Plan for NSF, NIH (2023 DMS Policy), ERC, and Horizon Europe grant proposals. It composes six required sections — data description and types, formats and metadata standards (DDI, Dublin Core), storage and backup, access and sharing, preservation and archiving, and roles and responsibilities — adapting structure to each funder's specific schema. When restricted or human-subjects data is involved, the skill automatically folds in disclosure-avoidance rules and IRB constraints from the project's confidential-data guidelines. The output is prose ready to paste into DMPTool, NIH ASSIST, or the Horizon Europe portal; it does not submit anything on its own. Researchers writing grant proposals or working with sensitive microdata will find it most useful.
