dev-guide-generator is a Claude Code skill that transforms a single technical topic into a complete tutorial — covering audience analysis, prerequisites, environment setup, core steps, troubleshooting, and a final cheatsheet. It follows a four-phase SOP workflow: topic scoping with up to four clarifying questions, a tiered prerequisites checklist split into "must know" and "nice to know", OS-specific installation commands with verification steps for macOS and Linux, and 5–10 core steps each ending with an expected output check. Placeholders follow the ALL_CAPS_WITH_UNDERSCORES convention and no real API keys or passwords are ever included in the output.
