Полный цикл продуктового исследования

discovery-process is a Claude Code skill that guides product managers through a complete discovery cycle—from an initial problem hypothesis to a validated solution. The workflow spans 6 phases over 2–4 weeks: problem framing, customer interviews, insight synthesis, solution generation, assumption-testing experiments, and a final build-pivot-kill decision. It orchestrates component skills including problem-framing-canvas, problem-statement, and proto-persona into a structured sequence, preventing the "build it and they will come" trap by grounding every decision in real customer evidence. The skill fits teams investigating retention or churn issues, exploring new feature areas, or establishing continuous discovery as an ongoing practice—typically 1–2 cycles per quarter. It accepts any starting hypothesis, even a rough one, and can help construct the hypothesis from scratch if you arrive empty-handed.
