Развёртывание BlueField-4 DPU через BMC

★ 7.6 · content

doca-bf4-deployment is a Claude Code skill that guides day-1 platform bring-up of a BlueField-4 DPU via the BMC — taking a powered-but-bare BF4 to a state where Grace OS is installed and firmware is at the target level. It covers three install paths (UEFI HTTP Boot, PXE, Redfish Virtual Media) and the full PLDM firmware-update flow for BMC, NIC firmware, SBIOS, and ERoT via the Redfish UpdateService and pldmtool. Every mutating step — firmware burn, ISO reflash, power cycle, BMC factory reset — requires explicit user confirmation and a maintenance window, as these operations can brick firmware or corrupt boot media; the companion skill doca-hardware-safety governs the change-application meta-policy. Intended for operators standing up new BF4 hardware with an out-of-band-reachable BMC; not applicable to BF3 bring-up, application deployment on a working DPU, or fleet-scale provisioning.
