documentation-standards is a Claude Code skill that defines standards for organizing, structuring, and maintaining documentation across the PRPM repository. It maps four distinct zones: `development/docs/` for contributor-facing internals (CI/CD, publishing workflows, Docker), `docs/` for end-user guides and API references, the repository root for standard project files (README, CHANGELOG, LICENSE), and `.claude/skills/` as a knowledge base for AI assistants. Each zone includes explicit rules on what belongs there and what does not, a six-step migration checklist for moving files, Markdown formatting requirements, and guidelines for cross-referencing between zones.
