Анонс релиза в блог на основе GitHub-релиза

draft-release-blog is a Claude Code skill that drafts a release announcement blog post for obot in the voice of obot.ai, using a GitHub release draft as the feature spine. It goes beyond rephrasing release notes by researching PRs, linked issues, and docs to surface the why behind each feature — design decisions, user problems in concrete terms, and real-world context. The default output is a markdown file at `/tmp/release-blog-<VERSION>.md` ready to paste into any CMS; on explicit request, it can also create a WordPress draft via the `obot-wordpress` MCP server, but never publishes live without user confirmation. Two post shapes are supported: a single-feature deep-dive (~500–800 words) and a multi-feature roundup (~1000–1400 words). It suits technical writers and engineering teams who need polished, publication-ready content directly from release data.
