Редактирование текста для удобства чтения

edit-for-readability is a Claude Code skill that rewrites existing prose against a shared Human-Readable Output Standard: main point first, descriptive headings, one idea per paragraph, short active sentences. The target can be a file on disk, text pasted directly into the prompt, or a draft already produced in the conversation. Code fences, diagram bodies, and citation identifiers are left byte-for-byte unchanged, and every fact survives the rewrite — the editor returns a fact-preservation ledger to confirm nothing was dropped. Reach for this skill when polishing a document or draft written outside other skills, where the readability standard was never applied. It does not produce new documentation or restructure code — it only rewrites writing.
