frontend-dev is a Claude Code skill that covers the full frontend development cycle: building components with atomic design methodology, implementing pages with state management and routing, optimizing performance, and fixing UI bugs. It operates in four explicit modes — COMPONENT, PAGE, OPTIMIZE, and FIX — and enforces coverage of all component states: loading, empty, error, and normal. TypeScript typing is required for all props with no implicit any allowed; accessibility follows WCAG 2.1 standards including semantic HTML, ARIA labels, keyboard navigation, and color contrast ≥ 4.5:1. Beyond Claude Code, the skill is compatible with Cursor, Codex CLI, Gemini CLI, and Windsurf.
