gap-analysis is a Claude Code skill that compares two artifacts — a current state and a desired state — and produces a plain-language, stakeholder-readable report indexed by stable gap IDs (G-NNN). By default it launches a swarm of agents: han-core:gap-analyzer owns the primary analysis, while han-core:adversarial-validator and han-core:junior-developer review every gap from multiple angles, covering all actor types such as end users, API callers, integration partners, and internal services. At medium and large sizes, han-core:plan-synthesizer consolidates swarm findings. Technical details are quarantined to Section 3, keeping Sections 1 and 2 fully readable without them. Use it for audits, requirements reconciliation, and compliance checks — not for runtime bug investigation or open-ended research without a second artifact to compare against.
