gmail-takip-sistemi is a Claude Code skill that scans your Gmail Sent folder via MCP to detect unanswered emails and automatically prepares follow-up drafts. It classifies each thread into four priority tiers: URGENT (proposals with no reply after 48 hours), HIGH (client conversations after 3+ days), NORMAL (general outreach after 5+ days), and SKIP (cold outreach after 7+ days). For urgent and high-priority threads, the skill generates up to three follow-up drafts with progressively softer tone and saves them directly to Gmail as replies to the original thread using `gmail_create_draft`. A summary report shows how many emails are awaiting a response, how many drafts were created, and which contacts are best left alone. Requires Gmail MCP to be connected. Built for freelancers and solopreneurs who lose deals simply by forgetting to follow up.
