han-feedback is a Claude Code skill that captures structured feedback on han-* skills and agents used during the current session and optionally posts it as a GitHub issue to the testdouble/han repository. It scans the conversation history to identify all invoked components across every han-* plugin — han-core, han-planning, han-coding, han-github, han-reporting, and others — counting partial and cancelled runs as used. Feedback files are stored in ~/.claude/han-feedback/ on a one-file-per-day basis: a subsequent run updates the existing file rather than overwriting it, so nothing already recorded is lost. The skill is explicitly out of scope for code review, bug investigation, or research tasks — use the dedicated code-review, investigate, or research skills for those.
