han-update-documentation is a Claude Code skill that keeps Han plugin documentation current — skills, agents, indexes, and cross-references all in sync. On a feature branch it scopes the pass to only the entities the branch actually touched; on the default branch it performs a full documentation sweep across the entire plugin suite. Skill and agent roots are discovered dynamically via a detect script, so newly added plugins are covered automatically without editing the skill. Allowed tools include Read, Write, Edit, Glob, Grep, Bash for git and find commands, and Agent. This is strictly a Han repository maintenance skill — use /project-documentation to document features in arbitrary projects and /han-release to cut a release and update the CHANGELOG.
