happy is an open-source mobile and web client for Claude Code and Codex that keeps your AI coding sessions accessible from anywhere with end-to-end encryption. Instead of running `claude` or `codex` directly, you use `happy claude` or `happy codex` as a wrapper; from that point you can monitor and control the session from an iOS or Android app, or a web app, switching between devices with a single keypress. The project ships four components: Happy App (an Expo-based mobile/web client), Happy CLI, Happy Agent for remote session management, and Happy Server for encrypted sync. Push notifications alert you when the agent needs a permission grant or hits an error — ideal for developers running long autonomous tasks away from their desk. The project is MIT-licensed with no telemetry or tracking.
