idea-ingest is a Claude Code skill that captures links, articles, tweets, and raw ideas into GBrain using trigger phrases like "read this", "save this", or "think about this". When activated, it fetches the content from the given URL, stores it in the knowledge base with analysis, creates an author or person page if needed, and wires cross-links between related entities. GBrain underneath maintains a self-wiring knowledge graph with typed edges (attended, works_at, invested_in, founded, advises) and a synthesis layer that returns cited prose answers rather than raw page lists. The skill suits anyone building a systematic personal knowledge base — researchers, founders, or anyone who shares links to an AI agent and wants those inputs automatically indexed, enriched, and retrievable in context.
