intel-discipline-advisor is a Claude Code skill that triages a competitive or market question into the right intelligence disciplines, cadence, and executing skill. It runs an interactive session of three adaptive questions about the decision on your desk, then delivers 2–5 numbered recommendations — each specifying a discipline mix (OSINT, FININT, TECHINT, and others), a refresh cadence matched to how fast the evidence actually changes, the skill that executes the collection, and the artifact produced. Designed for product managers and analysts with limited hours, it routes scarce time to the two or three channels a specific decision actually needs, rather than running everything on everything. The advisor also teaches the decision-to-discipline mapping as it works, with the explicit goal that by your third session you no longer need it.
