intelligence-collection-disciplines is a Claude Code skill that gives product managers the intelligence community's collection playbook: eight independent disciplines — OSINT, FININT, GEOINT/DEMOINT, TECHINT, HUMINT, SIGINT, MASINT, and All-Source Fusion — each with its own free and paid sources, signal-to-inference chains, and the PM artifact it feeds (TAM/SAM/SOM, ICPs, battle cards, roadmap bets, pricing strategy). The core idea is that disciplines fail differently: a press release can lie, but a customs record, a patent filing, and thirty job posts are three separate bureaucracies that would all have to lie in the same direction. A single-discipline pass takes 30–60 minutes; the full fusion turns weak correlated signals into a defensible conclusion. Use it when validating a suspected competitor move — a platform play, market entry, or pricing shift — across patents, earnings calls, job posts, and web diffs, all from publicly observable sources.
