job-application-assistant is a Claude Code skill that automates the end-to-end job application process, from evaluating a posting to rehearsing interview answers. It follows a four-step workflow: scoring the candidate's fit against the role using a structured evaluation table, tailoring a LaTeX CV saved as `cv/main_<company>_<role>.tex`, drafting a cover letter at `cover_letters/cover_<company>_<role>.tex`, and preparing STAR-format responses for likely interview questions. Nine reference files govern the process — covering the candidate profile, writing style rules, LaTeX templates, fit-scoring criteria, and web-research protocols including WebFetch 403 fallback handling. Individual steps can be run on demand, making it equally useful for a quick CV tweak or a full application sprint.
