Lean UX Canvas — фасилитация продуктовых гипотез

★ 7.5 · research

lean-ux-canvas is a Claude Code skill that guides product managers and cross-functional teams through Jeff Gothelf's Lean UX Canvas v2, a one-page facilitation tool that frames work around a business problem to solve rather than a solution to implement. Running in interactive mode over 30–45 minutes, it walks through all eight canvas boxes in order — business problem, business outcomes, users, user outcomes, candidate solutions, hypotheses, what to learn first, and the smallest experiment to run next. The skill surfaces hidden assumptions across disciplines, turns vague initiatives into testable hypotheses, and ensures learning happens every sprint before resources are committed. Teams use it when kicking off a new product idea, reframing a handed-down solution, or running a workshop to align everyone on the riskiest unknowns before development begins.
