Анализ конкурентного ландшафта рынка
★ 7.5 · research
market-landscape-scan is a Claude Code skill that autonomously maps a market's structure — buyer-defined segments, direct players, adjacent entrants, substitutes (including spreadsheets and non-consumption), and whitespace tested against the dead-zone counter-reading. It follows a fixed workflow: search plan → segmentation → player map (capped at 12) → dynamics → whitespace → next-step options, sourcing from analyst coverage, product and pricing pages, funding databases, industry press, and practitioner communities, with every claim labeled Fact, Inference, or Assumption. The output is the stable landscape view that feeds TAM/SAM/SOM sizing, positioning work, and competitor deep-dives — the skill maps structure, not magnitude. Best used when entering or re-evaluating a market, scoping a new product line, or deciding which rivals are worth studying. Each run takes 20–40 minutes.
