neuroskill-bci is a Claude Code skill that connects to a running NeuroSkill desktop app and reads real-time brain and body metrics from Muse 2, Muse S, or OpenBCI wearables via EEG, PPG, and IMU sensors. Using `npx neuroskill` CLI commands, it surfaces focus, relaxation, engagement, cognitive load, mood, heart rate, drowsiness, and sleep stage data — always translating raw 0–1 scores into meaningful natural-language interpretations. Key operations include timestamped annotations, focus timers (Pomodoro, Deep Work presets), A/B session comparison, ANN similarity search over historical moments, and real-time event streaming.
