paper-talk is a Claude Code skill that runs a complete conference talk pipeline — from a finished paper through slide outline, Beamer source, editable PPTX, speaker notes, a full talk script, and a final audit report. Three assurance levels control which phases execute: draft runs a quick first-pass deck, polished (default) adds per-page polish, and conference-ready triggers claim, citation, and anonymity audits in Phase 4. Artifacts land in slides/, workflow state and audit logs go to .aris/paper-talk/, and hard invariants keep the source paper and baseline deck read-only throughout. Every number, citation, author name, and experiment result in the slides must be paper-grounded — the skill never invents content at any stage. Designed for oral, spotlight, poster-talk, and invited formats at venues including NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, and VALSE.
