planning-with-files-de is a Claude Code skill that organises and tracks progress on complex tasks using persistent Markdown files — task_plan.md, findings.md, and progress.md — following a Manus-style file-based memory approach. It activates when the user plans, decomposes, or structures multi-step projects, research tasks, or workflows involving more than five tool calls. Lifecycle hooks (UserPromptSubmit, PreToolUse, PostToolUse, PreCompact, Stop) automatically inject the active plan into context and prompt status updates after every Write or Edit operation. After a /clear command, the skill
