Составление PRD для передачи в разработку

★ 7.5 · documentation

prd-development is a Claude Code skill that guides product managers through structured PRD (Product Requirements Document) creation, moving from scattered discovery notes and Slack threads to a comprehensive, engineering-ready document. The workflow covers ten standard sections — executive summary, problem statement, target personas, strategic context, solution overview, success metrics, user stories with acceptance criteria, out-of-scope decisions, dependencies, and open questions. Any existing materials — discovery sprint outputs, OKRs, user research, or constraints — can be passed directly; the skill slots them into the right sections and skips questions already answered. Estimated at 60–120 minutes, it is best suited for major features or product initiatives where alignment across product, design, and engineering matters before development begins.
