prd-v01-problem-framing is a Claude Code skill that transforms vague product ideas into evidence-anchored problem statements for the Why section of PRD v0.1 Spark. The skill creates 1–5 CFD entries per pain dimension with confidence scores ranging from 1/5 to 5/5, extracts multiple distinct pain dimensions from each source, and quantifies user costs in time, money, or risk.
