prd-v03-features-value-planning is a Claude Code skill that defines and prioritizes features during the PRD v0.3 Commercial Model phase, ensuring every feature has strategic traceability to a KPI, competitive position, or pricing tier. It consumes KPI- entries, BR- moat and pricing rules, and CFD- customer feedback from v0.1–v0.3, then produces FEA- entries with confidence scoring, BR-FEA- governance rules for scope protection, and an explicit MVP-SCOPE artifact listing selected features with rationale. The skill applies a six-type classification framework — Moat, Outcome, Parity, Delta, Tier, and Table Stakes — alongside P0–P3 priority tiers with defined evidence thresholds. Outputs feed directly into v0.4 User Journeys. It is the right skill to reach for when answering questions like "what features do we build", "what's in MVP", or "what's our delta vs. competitors".
