Формирование KPI по типу продукта

★ 7.6 · vibe-coding

prd-v03-outcome-definition is a Claude Code skill that defines measurable success metrics (KPIs) tied to product type as part of the HORIZON workflow's v0.3 Outcome Definition stage. It consumes the product type classification (BR-* entries) from v0.2 and customer evidence (CFD-* entries), then produces KPI-* records with exact calculation formulas, evidence-backed thresholds, confidence scores (2–5/5), and downstream gate linkages to v0.5 Red Team and v0.7 Build Execution. Metrics are organized into Tier 1–3 (revenue → conversion → engagement) and split into leading indicators tracked weekly and lagging indicators tracked monthly, so teams can pivot before failure becomes visible in revenue data. Each product type — Clone, Undercut, Unbundle, Wrapper, Innovation, and others — gets its own recommended primary metrics and a list of anti-metrics to avoid. Use this skill to answer "how do we know if this works?" and lock go/no-go criteria before development begins.
