prd-v04-persona-definition is a Claude Code skill that synthesizes behavioral personas from evidence accumulated across PRD stages v0.1–v0.3. It consumes CFD- artifacts (problem statements, value hypotheses, competitive intelligence), BR- targeting rules from the Moat Definition stage, and FEA- entries from Feature Value Planning, then produces PER- records containing behavioral profiles, acquisition channels, and pricing sensitivity — every field traced back to a specific source ID. A strict cap of five personas applies, with most products needing just one or two; any attribute without an evidence citation is treated as assumption rather than fact. Use this skill at the v0.4 stage to answer "who are our users?" before building the User Journey Map; it triggers on requests such as "define personas," "user profiles," or "who uses this product?"
