prd-v04-visual-prototype-gate is a Claude Code skill that converts SCR- entries from the Screen Flow Definition into structured prompts for Google Stitch or any equivalent UI generation tool. It consumes SCR- (screen flows), PER- (personas), UJ- (user journeys), and DES- (design components) records, producing one Stitch prompt block per SCR- entry on a strict 1:1 basis, a Prototype Context Brief to paste as opening context in Stitch, and a Feedback Capture Template that maps each prototype screen back to its SCR- ID. No new SoT IDs are created — existing entries are visualized, and reviewer feedback routes back to SCR-, DES-, or CFD- records. The skill enforces a hard gate at v0.4: no product advances to v0.5 Red Team Review without a visual prototype reviewed by at least one stakeholder. It triggers on phrases like "make a prototype," "visualize screens," "generate Stitch prompt," or "get this to a demo."
