prd-v05-risk-discovery-interview is a Claude Code skill that runs a structured discovery interview to surface PRD risks during the v0.5 Red Team Review, covering market, technical, adoption, resource, dependency, and timing categories. It draws on all prior workflow artifacts — CFD-, BR-, FEA-, PER-, UJ-, and SCR- entries — as interview context, then asks guided questions such as "What if a competitor ships this feature in 60 days?" or "Which feature has the most technical uncertainty?" The user assigns Impact and Likelihood scores (raw score 1–9), selects a response type (Mitigate, Accept, Avoid, or Transfer), and names an owner; the skill writes the decisions into RISK- entries with explicit mitigations. Outputs also include a README Risk Scorecard aggregated across Market, User, and Technical categories and a prioritized list of the top 3–5 risks to resolve before v0.6 architecture work begins.
