prd-v09-feedback-loop-setup is a Claude Code skill that establishes channels and processes for capturing and processing post-launch feedback during the PRD v0.9 Go-to-Market stage. It produces CFD-* entries for every piece of user input — support tickets, NPS responses, in-app surveys — each stamped with source, user segment, category (UX, Performance, Feature Gap, Bug, Praise, Confusion), sentiment, and priority (Critical/High/Medium/Low). A triage workflow traces each CFD- record to KPI-* thresholds, PER-* personas, and FEA-/EPIC- tasks, ensuring every piece of feedback either triggers ID creation or documents a "won't fix" decision. Three execution modes — quick (1–2 channels, basic triage), standard (3–4 channels, SLAs, sentiment tracking), and deep (all channels, closed-loop tracking, escalation rules, voice-of-customer synthesis) — scale output to project needs.
