prd-v09-launch-channels-orb is a Claude Code skill that allocates launch channels using the Owned / Rented / Borrowed (ORB) framework within the PRD v0.9 Go-to-Market block. Three execution modes are available: quick produces one channel per layer with a single-week sequence; standard builds 2–3 channels per layer, a pre-launch / launch / post-launch sequence, and a per-channel attribution plan; deep adds a full portfolio, per-channel content strategy, budget allocation, ROI projections, and a channel-mix risk register. Outputs include GTM entries with Type=Channel, a channel-mix matrix, and a GTM entry with Type=Sequence. The skill is designed for product teams deciding where and in what order to bring an offer to market while balancing owned, rented, and borrowed distribution channels.
