It operates in three modes: quick produces a short testimonial and one-paragraph story; standard delivers a full 1,500-word case study with short and medium derivatives, three channel placements, and customer approval; deep outputs a 2,500–4,000-word long-form piece with PDF, blog, video, and conference-talk formats plus an outcome-attribution interview. Each run conducts a 45–60-minute extended Mom Test interview, extracts specific before/after metrics, obtains customer sign-off, and writes back CFD-CASE-* evidence entries, GTM-CASE-* marketing assets, and ADO-REF-* status updates.
