prd-v10-chasm-adoption-moore is a Claude Code skill that assesses a product's adoption-lifecycle stage and builds a chasm-crossing strategy using Geoffrey Moore's Crossing the Chasm framework. It audits the composition of paying customers against behavioral indicators — sales motion, setup tolerance, reference needs, procurement patterns — to determine whether the product is still in the Early Adopter zone or already stalling in the chasm. From there it sharpens a beachhead segment with explicit in/not-in criteria, maps whole-product gaps against the current feature set, and produces a reference-account cultivation plan targeting contacts inside the beachhead. Outputs are written to SoT/SoT.ADOPTION.md as ADO-STAGE-*, ADO-BEACHHEAD-*, ADO-WHOLE-*, and ADO-REF-* entries. The default execution mode is deep; quick and standard are also supported. Designed for product teams asking "are we in the chasm?", planning a beachhead strategy, or trying to scale from early adopters to the early majority.
