prd-v10-testimonial-collector is a Claude Code skill that builds a systematic pipeline for harvesting short-form customer testimonials — 1–3 sentence quotes with name, role, and logo — and turns them into placement-ready marketing assets. Collection fires across six triggers: NPS promoter responses (score 9–10), Day-30 and Day-90 activity milestones, post-purchase and post-upgrade moments, renewals, positive support resolutions, and customer referrals. Each incoming quote goes through consent confirmation (covering name, role, logo, and usage scope), light editing that preserves the customer's voice, segment and outcome-theme tagging, and per-surface formatting for pricing pages, landing pages, ad creative, email signatures, sales decks, and investor presentations. Outputs are CFD-TST-* entries — durable records with consent history — and GTM-TST-* placement assets formatted for each channel. The skill is built for teams that have plenty of positive feedback in NPS responses and support threads but no system to capture it as publishable social proof.
