prioritization-advisor is a Claude Code skill that guides product managers in selecting the right prioritization framework — RICE, ICE, Value/Effort, MoSCoW, Kano, and others — based on product stage, team maturity, and data availability. Through an adaptive dialogue of up to four questions, the skill maps the decision context and outputs a concrete recommendation with tailored implementation steps. It's designed to prevent "framework whiplash" — constantly switching methodologies — and mismatches like applying RICE without usage metrics or using ICE for data-driven decisions. Useful when choosing a framework for the first time, switching from one that isn't working, or aligning stakeholders on a shared prioritization process. Sessions take 15–25 minutes.
