Фреймворк MITRE для формулировки проблемы

problem-framing-canvas is a Claude Code skill that guides product managers and teams through MITRE's Problem Framing Canvas methodology to sharpen a problem statement before jumping to solutions. It works across three structured phases: Look Inward (examining your own assumptions and biases), Look Outward (who experiences the problem, who doesn't, and who's been left out), and Reframe (synthesizing insights into an actionable problem statement and a "How Might We" question). The interactive session runs one question at a time, accepts pre-supplied context via arguments, and skips questions already answered. Sessions typically take 30–45 minutes and are best suited for discovery kickoffs, stakeholder request reframing, and cross-functional alignment workshops — especially when solution-first thinking or confirmation bias risks solving the wrong problem entirely.
