product-manager-toolkit is a Claude Code skill that gives product managers a comprehensive set of tools covering RICE prioritization, customer interview analysis, PRD authoring, discovery frameworks, and go-to-market strategy. The rice_prioritizer.py script calculates RICE scores, produces a portfolio balance view of quick wins versus big bets, generates quarterly roadmaps with configurable team capacity, and exports results as text, JSON, or CSV. The customer_interview_analyzer.py script applies NLP to interview transcripts, surfacing pain points with severity ratings, feature requests, jobs-to-be-done patterns, sentiment, competitor mentions, and key quotes. Four PRD formats are available in prd_templates.md — Standard PRD, One-Page PRD, Agile Epic, and Feature Brief — each matched to a different scope and timeline. The toolkit is built for product teams working on feature prioritization, user research synthesis, requirements documentation, and product strategy development.
