q is a Claude Code skill that generates a 3–5 question multiple-choice quiz from a technical article and outputs the result in a strictly defined YAML format under the selfAssessment key. It accepts a URL, Markdown, plain text, or a file path, then analyzes key facts, definitions, and procedures from the article to craft plausible distractors and per-choice explanations for every answer option.
