reasoningbank-agentdb is a Claude Code skill that tracks agent reasoning trajectories on top of AgentDB, evaluates verdict correctness, distills memory from past trajectories, and recognizes patterns of success and failure. Rather than storing only factual knowledge, it preserves strategic context — which approaches worked, which did not, and why.
