redesign-skill is a Claude Code skill that upgrades existing websites and apps to premium quality by auditing the current design, identifying generic AI patterns, and applying targeted improvements without rewriting the codebase from scratch. It works with any CSS framework — Tailwind, styled-components, vanilla CSS — and operates entirely within the existing stack. The audit covers typography (font choice, tracking, weight hierarchy), color and surfaces (shadow tinting, gradient variety, accent discipline), and layout (CSS Grid structure, card alignment, whitespace, responsive viewport units). Developers and designers use it to quickly raise the visual standard of a finished project or shed the telltale AI-aesthetic — purple gradients, three equal feature columns, and flat, textureless sections.
