report is a Claude Code skill that produces an executive briefing on project status in plain language — business impact and user outcomes only, no engineering jargon. It scans vault sources such as daily logs, blockers, decisions, docs, and meeting notes, then translates technical facts into stakeholder-ready language ("users can now sign in with their company account" instead of "auth migration PR merged"). Output follows a fixed structure: Bottom Line, What Users Get, Business Impact, What's at Risk, Decisions Made, and Needs Your Attention. Flags include --week and --since for time filtering, --risks-only to focus on blockers and decisions, --save to write a Markdown file to reports/, and --preview to render an HTML version via shell-executive.html. Use it whenever a CEO, product owner, or any non-technical stakeholder needs a concise status update focused on outcomes rather than implementation details.
