Seqera is a Claude Code skill that enables managing Seqera Platform resources — organizations, users, pipelines, compute environments, credentials, and workflow runs — without leaving the editor. It operates through the Membrane CLI, which handles authentication and transparent credential refresh automatically. Actions are discoverable via `membrane action list` with a natural-language intent query; for use cases not covered by pre-built actions, `membrane request` proxies calls directly to the Seqera API with correct auth headers injected. The skill requires a Membrane account (free tier supported) and network access, making it practical for bioinformaticians, life-sciences researchers, and DevOps engineers who need to automate and scale complex data analysis pipelines.
