Servicenow is a Claude Code skill that connects the assistant to the ServiceNow platform for managing incidents, problems, tasks, users, groups, and CMDB configuration items via the Membrane CLI. It supports listing and retrieving individual records by sys_id across incidents, change requests, tasks, problems, knowledge base articles, service catalog items, and configuration items. Authentication and token refresh are handled automatically by Membrane — a free-tier account and the @membranehq/cli npm package are required. The skill is aimed at developers and DevOps teams who need to automate ITSM workflows or query ServiceNow data directly from within Claude Code.
