Seven is a Claude Code skill that connects Claude to Seven, a SaaS application for habit tracking and personal goal management, via the Membrane platform. It supports managing organizations, users, goals, and filters — letting you search for available actions with natural-language queries using the Membrane CLI, run them with structured input parameters, and send arbitrary requests directly to the Seven API through Membrane's authenticated proxy with automatic credential refresh. A Membrane account is required (free tier supported), along with network access.
